Adisa Rachael Oluwakemi

My background includes serving as a teacher where I was opportuned to meet and relate with different categories of people with different background and temperament. This helped me develop a special kind of love for children and humanity. 

Previously, I worked with trust estate agents where I served as secretary and still had the opportunity of meeting and dealing with different people, thereby helping me develop a good way of relating and communicating with different type of people. My experiences have made me to develop special love for human which has form part of my academic experiences as it is related to my field of study. 

In addition to this experience, I worked with a Bill and Melinda Gate funded program called Girls for Health ( G4H) where I served as a monitoring and evaluating officer and my duty was to report every information back to the office. I also dealt with children (teenagers to be precise) especially the female children on how to help them to become better people in the future and also be self reliant. I meet with these girls, find out their problems and also proffer solutions to them and it’s not just their academic problems but even their emotional and social problems. I also had opportunities of dealing with the various staffs under my supervision making relating with people very easy for me. Part of my responsibility was data collection and report writing using different tools such as Excel and Google forms. My role also involved intra state traveling for monitoring and data collection.

In addition to all of this, I served as a bursar and assistant head teacher in Camp David Academy. All of these experiences have added to me and made me resourceful, successful team leader, report writer, critical thinker and problem solver.

If you give me an opportunity in your organization, you will not regret it because I am a fast learner, willing to learn and teachable. I have single handly organize meetings, seminars where I am left with the responsibility of administration, planning and seeing to the success of the responsibility assigned to me. I am presenting working with comfort tenderfeet college Akure, Ondo State. I am currently serving as an English teacher in Estbank Academy situated in Obafemi owode local government Ogun State.

I also have a basic knowledge on computer in other to help my skill and proficiency in my work on the micro soft word and excel. I am always open to learning new things. My passion and resilience is what has kept me going and I am confident I will not disappoint you. am confident that I can offer you the service you are seeking for if given the opportunity to serve in your organization.
