Hi

My name’s Adiel, a freelance content writer, researcher and data capturing. My goal in life is to add value to people’s lives, and I believe that writing is one of the most effective ways to achieve this desire. My areas of interest are vast and have always fuelled my thirst to learn more. After all, knowledge is power.

I consider myself a fairly good guy. I’m respectful, decent and try to be as pleasant as possible. I am highly adaptable and a quick study. My interests are cooking, science, nutrition and fitness, and learning how things

work.

As a content writer, I have learned to articulate and convey information in a way that’s useful and easy to understand. I pride myself on being as efficient as possible and implementing time management strategies to adhere to deadlines.

I am eager to broaden my knowledge base and improve my skillset by taking on new and exciting challenges.

My previous work experience has provided me with valuable administrative, multi-tasking and technical skills that have aided me immensely over the years. I am a team player but also able to work independently. Working in technical and customer support has taught me to communicate and effectively engage customers to find workable solutions for their problems.

To date, my writing experience includes writing retail product descriptions and blog posts. I have also written extensively for an international NGO that focuses on feeding and providing drinkable water to impoverished people in Africa. Projects with them include writing blog posts, web content, social media adverts, email copy, brochure content and editing.

I am currently involved with editing a quarterly children’s interactive magazine (digital and hard copy) that originates from Turkey. My role as part of the editing team is to proofread and edit the magazine to make it readable and appealing to a South African audience.

My personal passion project is called Learn More Stuff. The aim of this project is to offer a place to learn things from multiple fields of study. It is intended to be a one-stop website where you can just learn a bunch of new stuff.

Do I think I’m a good fit as a content writer for your business? I believe so, yes. My ability to grasp and learn new material is my greatest asset. Everything I have learned has proven useful in some way. I believe I can enhance a reader’s experience and added value through relevant and engaging content.
