Adibele Chidinma Bernice

I am a dedicated and versatile professional with strong academic background in Mathematics Education with over ten years teaching experience and four years of administrative experience as an office assistant. As my passion for growth both in knowledge and career, I recently completed a comprehensive training program in IT and Customer Support, which has equipped me with practical and technical skills that I am eager to apply in a real-world setting. My journey has been shaped by a passion for helping people understand, solve problems, and achieve their goals, whether in the classroom, an office environment or through technical support. Through my teaching career, I have developed excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills and my ability to connect with people on different levels. These skills has helped me develop patience, resilience, adaptability and deep sense of responsibility. Also, my experience managing classrooms, supporting diverse learners and maintaining detailed academic records has strengthened my organizational and interpersonal abilities.

In addition to my teaching experience, I have worked as an office assistant four years, where I gained hands-on experience in handling administrative tasks, managing documents and records, attending to clients and supporting day to day office operations.

To further expand my career into the technology space, I recently completed training in IT and Customer Support. During this training, I gained hands-on experience with tools such as Google Workspace for collaboration and documentation, Slack for team collaboration HubSpot and Freshdesk for customer relationship management, Trello and Monday.com for project management, Zapier for basic automation, and Calendly and Picktime for scheduling. These tools have strengthened my ability more to work in a digital space and support modern businesses and operation.

Across all my experiences, one thing remains consistent; my desire in helping others. I am optimistic, approachable and solution oriented. I am patient in listening, understanding problems and open to continuous learning.

I am looking for internship or entry level opportunities where I can bring my skills, hands-on experience and contribute positively to the organizational goals. I am confident that my previous experiences, work ethics, attention to details and passion for learning will enable me to add value and grow within any organization I join.
