I have been in the remote space for about 3 years with a unique combination of skills as a customer service, sales representative, and telemarketer. I have strong communication, active listening, problem-solving, team collaboration, Microsoft Suite, and client relationship skills with empathy, understanding, and relating to the customer combined with the level of persuasion to provide outstanding service. In my work, whether it is to solve the issue promptly and efficiently create a relaxed atmosphere, or introduce a new product to customers with enthusiasm, I always focus on productivity and satisfaction of my employer. Furthermore, I utilize my ability to persuade people as a telemarketer. I use my communication to spark the interest of the potential prospect and respect their time and their ability to say no. I work to meet the sales goal without overwhelming the customer ensuring that when I disconnect, the customer will continue having a positive experience. I maintained clients' records and updated information and made sure their complaints and inquiries were met while adhering to my schedule and time handling.
