Adeoye Oluwaseun Mayowa

I am Oluwaseun Mayowa Adeoye, a dedicated and solution-oriented backend developer with over two years of experience designing and building scalable backend systems using modern technologies such as Node.js, NestJS, GraphQL, and MongoDB. My journey into backend development was built on a foundation of curiosity, hands-on learning, and a strong desire to solve real-world problems with clean and efficient code.

My most recent professional experience has been with Food Supply Vision Limited, where I’ve had the opportunity to work with a team on high-impact backend services for a growing food-tech startup. I played a central role in developing GraphQL APIs that support key features such as user authentication, filtering, pagination, sorting, and real-time notifications. Working closely with frontend teams, I’ve ensured seamless API integration and an overall smooth user experience.

Before stepping fully into backend development, I worked as a freelance frontend developer, designing simple and responsive websites using HTML and CSS. This experience taught me the importance of user interface design and helped me understand how frontend and backend components work together. It also sharpened my communication skills as I interacted directly with clients to translate their ideas into live web solutions.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from the University of Ibadan, and I’ve obtained certifications in Project Management (Google) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). These educational achievements have further equipped me with organizational discipline, safety awareness, and structured problem-solving techniques.

Beyond coding, I enjoy exploring new web technologies, traveling, playing the electric guitar, and engaging in strategy-based board games. I’m a strong believer in lifelong learning, and I’m always looking for opportunities to grow both personally and professionally.
