I am a lawyer with a growing career and a self-motivated freelancer. I manage a small but thriving online business that provides daily essentials ranging from fashion wears to appliances for the home. I do this by collaborating with large importers of these items, negotiating prices and reselling at a higher price to interested individuals, while they take care of the deliveries. This has helped me to master the art of persuading customers to purchase from me and resolving their complaints with all patience, warmth and empathy.
As part of my motivation to be an excellent freelancer, I have been certified in some customer relations and lead generation skills. I have also learnt to use some work productivity tools. These, I believe would aid me to deliver excellent services.
