Objective
I am resourceful with over 10 years’ experience working in project management, capacity
building, mentorship and monitoring and evaluation with both USAID and UKAID.
ACHIEVEMENTS
As M&E Coordinator at Save the Children, responsible for CSO partners achievement on target,
analyze data on achievements and provide reports to Country Office, Abuja
As Technical Advisor on MEASURE Evaluation project, I successfully initiated and coordinated the
data review process in Lagos as with the Lagos State AIDS Control Agency (LSACA) and all HIV
reporting partners. Initiated the M&E Strategic Plan process
I was Technical Advisor on ENR project in Benue. I coordinated the process of project
implementation monitoring of the strategic and operational plans
As the State Team Lead with Intrahealth, I hosted and coordinated the first WISN (Workload
Indicators for Staffing Needs) targeted at health worker distribution in Lagos State.
I coordinated the process of the DCE (Discreet Choice Experiment) Survey targeted at health
worker retention working in collaboration with all State government MDAs and USAID
implementing partners.
I started the process of reviewing the Lagos State HRH Policy and HRH Strategic Plan.
On the DFID/Hope for AIDS Project, I coordinated project implementation activities across 10 LGAs
in Lagos State; working with 50 volunteers and 10 LGA health facilities.
On the Intrahealth project, I coordinated the process of establishing the HRIS database for the
State Ministry of Health.
I managed a USAID funded project as the AOR (Agreement Officer’s Representative) with a total
value of $31 million; conducted and coordinated the final evaluation and close out.
I have successfully ensured a seamless reporting process on the STEER OVC project, working with
CSO partners. I created newsletters and provide guidance on indicator references.
Working in Save the Children, I interned with the WASH Team to address cross cutting issues
between nutrition, hygiene and environment.
As the Coordinator- volunteer position for AONN(Association of Orphans and Vulnerable Children) I
have organized and facilitated several youth programs including youth outreaches on
skills/vocational empowerment, youth savings, etc.

I was responsible for project implementation, monitoring and reporting of activities including
coordination of trainings, high level advocacy and stakeholders’ support in 9 LGAs in Lagos State
working faith leaders, local government officials, LSACA, PLWHAs and other local NGOs on stigma
and discrimination reduction among the faith community.
I coordinated the documentation on quarterly and annual reporting, lessons learnt and good practices
among community groups, donor and the local government
I developed the terms of reference for end of project evaluation and coordinated the process for data
collection and reporting

As the Systems Strengthening Advisor I was the liaison between the government agencies and
DFID/ENR project ensuring government systems are positioned to respond to project activities
