My journey in sales and client interaction began at IBS Consulting, a Canada-based study abroad company, where I worked as an Educational Sales Consultant. There, I connected with prospective students, guiding them through the process of studying abroad, addressing their concerns and ultimately helping them take the next big step in their academic careers. My role required a mix of empathy, sales intuition and follow-through - qualities that are crucial to successful appointment setting.
