while working for Simarkx World (Capital), I worked has the Marketing/customer support manager. Working as a Customer support and Marketing manager, involves me using company’s social and chatting platforms such as instagram, twitter, website chat, telegram and WhatsApp, to attend to user’s needs, taking orders and resolve payment issues.
I attended to an average of 50 users per shift. My also ever thirst for knowledge in customer support pushed me to research on other chat tools and how to use them such as Zendesk a live chat and ticketing software, which I introduced to the company. I am very vast on answering live chats, conversant with FRT (first response time), ART (Average response time) and customer Satisfaction score. I also took extra effort in learning good customer support skills to aid my B2C experience
