I have a comprehensive experience and skills for Sourcing and Talent Acquisition. For 2 years, I have utilize the Digital platform to Market and Source candidates.

On top of Sourcing Skills, I also screened candidates and profiled them to specific accounts that they are capable to perform well and become an asset to the specific programs or business.

In relation to the Sourcing activities I generated, I have a background in Events Management and Project coordination which made the activities successful. I have been in Events Management and Project coordination for 13 years.

I also worked in Customer Service Industry for 5 years where I developed my team management and coaching skills.
