Main Duties/Achievements:
Visited the proposed sites for groundnut processing, Rice milling, palm oil processing, and shear butter production. Identified the case-by-case social sensitivities and mitigation plan.
Carried out stakeholder consultations with community leaders, youth representatives, women representatives and MDAs.
Developed consultation plan which is a vital part of the ESMPs prepared.
Conducted a study to identify and mitigate all negative/adverse social impacts.
Identified responsibilities and actors for the implementation of proposed mitigation measures.
