Hello, I'm Adebunmi, an executive virtual assistant
with more than 7 years of experience supporting
C-suite executives across 5 continents. My
executive assistance journey commenced with a
passion for solving problems and has since
transformed into a profession centred on
impactful and groundbreaking solutions for
several growing businesses.
My expertise lies in executive and administrative
support, project management, and operation
support.
I am motivated by a constant thirst for knowledge

Inbox Management
A CEO's inbox had almost 4,000
unread emails, making organisation
nearly impossible. I created colourcoded labels, automated Gmail
filters, and rebuilt the structure from
scratch. Each email was processed,
archived, or deleted until I achieved
Zero Inbox. I implemented
automation for future maintenance,
boosting productivity and ensuring
a clean, efficient, and stress-free
inbox that stays organised
automatically.

I neatly organized the CEO’s
calendar using Google Calendar’s
monthly and schedule views,
ensuring no event clashed.
Structured with color-coded time
blocks for meetings, workouts, and

comprehension and tracking of
completed tasks. The layout stays
clean, balanced, and easy to follow,
helping the CEO stay organized,
punctual to meetings, and focused
throughout the month.

Planned and managed a seamless
end-to-end travel experience for a
CEO traveling to France, covering
the full itinerary, budget, hotel
confirmations, travel summary,
entry and exit requirements, and
all essential travel documents.
Every detail was handled before it
was asked for, so the only thing
left to do was enjoy the journey.

Internet Research
Carried out a research analysis of
nine major cities in California. The
analysis covers geographical size,
number of public parks, and
population data as of 2022.
Findings reveal that city size does
not determine park provision, as
smaller cities demonstrated strong
park availability relative to their
area. Data sources were also
included ensuring the credibility
and accuracy of the information
presented.

Two Smart Automations on Zapier
Created these two smart
automations on Zapier. The first
one is: the moment a new email
lands, a task is instantly created in
ClickUp to ensure nothing is
missed and every action item is
tracked. The second one is: when a
form is submitted, AI analyzes the
response and automatically sends
a personalized reply using the
sender's first name, making every
interaction feel prompt and
professional. .
