Preparation of weekly cash plans to support effective cash flow management and operational planning. Liaising with, working alongside, and representing the company before tax authorities and external tax consultants on tax positions and compliance matters. Preparation of monthly board packs, financial statement analysis, and management reports to support Board-level decision-making. Preparation of investor reports in line with established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ad-hoc investor information requests. Working with statutory auditors throughout the company’s audit process, including audit preparation, coordination, and resolution of audit queries. Review of supporting documents and general ledger in bid to test for accuracy, and completeness of records and control risks areas. Preparation of Audited Financial Statement (using Case Ware), E-Audit. Consolidation of Financial statements. Preparation of SOA (Statement of Affairs) for a client. Preparation of management letter, management representation letter, and audit engagement letter, in a bid to proffer strategies to minimize client current and future control risk areas. Invoice creation and matching were necessary. Tax compliance service: • • • • • • Liaise with the UK and Canada tax consultants in a bid to ensure tax compliance and file CIT promptly. Determination and filing of client PAYE liability through the preparation of monthly payroll analysis for clients in Nigeria.
