At my current role, I developed a RAG-based chatbot using Node.js, React, OpenAI, and LLaMA 3.0, with vector DB integration for real-time, context-aware responses. I added multilingual support via Sarvam AI and Gemini, enhancing accessibility by 20%. I also built a voice AI agent for pre-sales, which qualified leads and escalated hot ones to Salesforce—boosting conversions by 22% and reducing triage time by 35%.

I improved platform stability at AthletesUntapped.com, fixing auth flows with reCAPTCHA and email verification, raising success rates by 40%. I also built modular frontend components, increasing reusability and speeding up dev cycles. Earlier, I contributed to a real-time messaging app using React, Spring Boot, Firebase, and Redux-Saga, improving performance and achieving 90%+ test coverage.

During my internship at Flipkart, I led internal tooling efforts for inventory and outbound teams, enabling them to handle 40% more load and improving planning accuracy. At Headout, I optimized booking workflows and inventory tracking across BMS and Aeries portals, reducing booking errors by 15% and improving customer support with Zendesk integration.
