I'm a multilingual customer service specialist with broad experience and great computer knowledge. My most recent experience in this field was working for Heinz/MM4, WallStickerWarehouse (ebay/Amazon) and Nike.com earlier on. I'm more than fluent in ticketing software/system and have very fast typing skills, I'm also very much used to working in team. I also work as a content writer, mostly regarding music (Oaktopus Records) and football (FreeSuperTips). A great part of it happens on multiple social media platforms, hence my proficiency in social media. As one of the booking managers in Projekt LAB (Poznań, Poland), music producer, DJ and promoter I am very active in the music industry and have various connections with artists, record labels and booking agencies.
