I am a disciplined professional specialising in IT Governance, Risk, and Controls (GRC), currently completing a Master of Information Systems in Data Analytics at Curtin University with a High Distinction average. My professional background is defined by a commitment to bridging the gap between high-level governance frameworks and practical operational execution. Over the past few years, I have developed a robust competency in implementing IT controls, driving process efficiencies, and ensuring organisational audit readiness.

My experience is anchored in the rigour of monitoring and enforcing IT controls to maintain high-integrity environments. At Telus Digital, I was responsible for maintaining data integrity between 95% and 99% within mission-critical systems. This role required a meticulous approach to compliance and the ability to manage complex data sets within Salesforce and Google Suite.

Previously, with PPLN, I focused on process optimisation and ITSM principles. I successfully implemented a scalable workflow system that increased operational execution by 125%. My work there also involved preparing comprehensive audit submission documentation—formalising policies and procedures—and conducting comparative analysis on over 330 records to ensure the effectiveness of IT controls for external reviews.

Complementing my current Master’s studies, I hold a double Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Finance from Curtin University.
