PROJECTS AND WRITING
Internet Bookcase (2023 )
This innovative project, a public bookcase, was developed to showcase my
programming, web development and UX design skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
and WordPress. Its primary function is to easily discover new and/or undervalued
books. It includes a user submission form for authors to add books to the bookcase,
including a link to purchase and the first page/chapter so people can decide if they
might purchase it. The website is designed to be intuitive and visually appealing.
Books are categorised into genres so that they are straightforward to find.
Digital Learning Resource (2022)
As part of my Masters's course, I developed a Digital Learning Resource on the
Philosophy of Law. This learning resource was designed to be visually appealing and
to teach the basics of the philosophy of law, including key thinkers, ideas and concepts
so that it is accessible to beginners with no prior knowledge of the subject.
Technical Writing (2022)
Project to redesign an instruction manual for a Thermos, including a complete logo
redesign.
