I worked as a SAP Encoder/Data Entry Clerk for 1 year and 3 months job role includes Data Entry through SAP system and receiving Inbound and outbound deliveries. I have also worked as a customer service representative for 1 year and 2 months mostly Inbound calls, email, chat, and live chat support. And as a technical support for 1 year and 8 months, we troubleshoot internet Connection with up selling for Inbound and Outbound calls, where I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert for a year. I also worked as an administrative assistant/receptionist for 1 year and 2 months which is an office-based job, doing clerical works and functioning in HR as well. Lastly, I am pursuing my career in freelancing and being a virtual assistant, which includes Drop shipping, Lead Research, Photo Editing, and Basic Video Editing for a year now.
