I have worked as a Technical Support Representative for clients in different countries. I assisted residential customers from USA, Canada, and New Zealand. I was a quality analyst for Bell South Canada and the last position I held was Senior IT Service Desk Analyst. My last post was dealing with direct clients from the back office end, creating tickets to their issues, and route them to the designated queues. I was also an email POC who served as a gatekeeper to the emails that we received from the mailbox. My last post gave me the opportunity to be a yellow belt holder of six sigma.
