I have worked in a BPO company as a Customer Service Representative and Sales Associate. I love dealing and helping customers with all my best. Answer calls, deal with customer's inquiries, refund, and replacement and help customers to place order over the phone. Handle customer's complains and needs to make sure they have received satisfying service which exceeds their expectations. I have an ESL Teaching experience too teaching my students to communicate properly in English and correcting their grammar and pronunciation. Therefore patient is one of my key strong points in doing all these jobs.

I have a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Management, so I have tried to work in a bank too and office doing some paper works, filing, and encoding.
