Hi, I’m Abigail Paul, and I’m a Virtual Assistant with over two years of hands-on experience supporting professionals in both the insurance and real estate industries.

In the course of my work, I’ve had the chance to wear many hats from handling direct client communication and verifying documents, to qualifying leads and managing appointment schedules. One thing I’m really proud of is my ability to connect with people whether it's speaking with clients over the phone, coordinating with team members, or supporting applicants during interviews. I speak fluent English, and I’m very comfortable managing professional conversations, both over the phone and in writing. I know how important it is to not only communicate clearly, but to also listen well and represent the team in a professional, friendly way.

I’ve also worked behind the scenes screening resumes, setting up interviews, tracking project updates, and documenting communication so nothing falls through the cracks. In my real estate experience especially, I interacted directly with sellers and potential buyers, guiding them through the early stages of the mortgage process, including connecting them to credit repair solutions when needed. That helped me learn how to balance people skills with task management.

I use tools like Google Workspace, spreadsheets, Trello, and CRMs to stay on top of my responsibilities. I’m very comfortable navigating those systems to keep records, track updates, and coordinate tasks across teams.
