I am trained to have attention to details. I finished Bachelor of Science in Nursing which taught me the importance of details promoting health and wellness. I did a freelance makeup artistry from 2016 - 2023 catering to local fashion show in the Philippines and some special events such as weddings and debut. This experience unlocked my interpersonal skills and resilience.

I also have a professional background in BPO since 2011. I have supported diverse clients over the years like a CSR for health insurance, bill collector for a telecommunication company, editorial support agent for an access platform company publishing a peer-reviewed journals online and student enrollment advisor of universities guiding prospective students. These helped me to be flexible, empathetic, and learned how to handle a situation in a professional manner. Then I was promoted as a Quality Assurance Specialist which covers evaluations of tasks, anecdotal reports, meetings with clients, managers and agents.
