Philippines such as acquiring visas, coordinating for magazine photo shoots, serving as an

Japanese Translator (goGame) - May 2017 – Present
● Serving as bridge between goGame and SEGA Japan: Translating customer support tickets and
questions or escalations, serving as interpreter during meetings as needed, taking down minute
meetings and translating them to respective target languages, and other related tasks. Also
assisting with game-related content localization for the company’s other projects, including
in-game text and stories, weekly and monthly reports, as well as social media schedules, and
proofreading and quality assurance for the aforementioned. Includes assisting non-Japanese
speakers with Japanese game familiarization, as well as miscellaneous Japanese-language
related tasks.
Japanese Community Staff (ESL Gaming) - April 2019 – Present
● Overseeing weekly tournaments for various games over the ESL Gaming website. Serving as
bridge between Japanese players and English-speaking officiating staff. Creating match
brackets for tournaments, handling minor issues between games such as declaring winners,
communicating with players over issues through chat or through tickets, etc.
