PTO Tracking System in PowerBI I developed a PTO Dashboard in PowerBI that serves as an efficient tracking system for team leave and leave credits. The process begins with team members filing for leave through an MS Form, which is then automatically connected to PowerBI. This allows the dashboard to project leave dates and track remaining leave credits in realtime. Additionally, the system is integrated with MS Outlook, ensuring that approved leave dates are automatically saved to the calendar. This automation provides higher management with clear visibility into team availability and leave balances, aiding in resource planning and decision-making. SmartSheets Tool (Master Dashboard) I created a master dashboard linked to multiple data sources that projects both overall and critical reports of the company. It can be customized to meet the needs of the higher management. Excel Pivot & Slicer Charts (Payroll Dashboard) With the use of Excel pivot tables and formulas, I have created a payroll dashboard to display weekly and monthly total expenses versus month-to-date (MTD) revenue.
