My name is Abby, I'm just a simple woman with a big dream. I started working at the age of 18. My first-time job exp was with the BPO industry. I've been with two companies for over two years but I wanted an improvement with my career so I decided to take a different path and I came across a platform where I can express my enthusiasm in a quite similar industry to what I've been for, ofc from the comfort of your home. My first role was as a back-office specialist in a TELCO account specifically AT&T then couple months after they transferred me to a voice account on food ordering (denny's) then back to the back office. My next role is a Sales Support specialist on my second company. I handled software account which is Salesforce. I was expected to generate quotes from our sales representatives' request and to complete cases for surpassing daily quotas. Right now, I am seeking for a new role in the world of being a virtual assistant. I believe that my courage and dedication will take me to be the best version of me I can be for this role.
