Hi, I am Abigail, a graduate of Electronics Engineering, yet, I have chosen my goal not to be the best, but to be the trustful virtual assistant. My career in engineering helped me become more analytic and technical, where I can utilize, apply, and enhance in the online industry.

I experienced working in manufacturing companies as a Quality Assurance senior staff. Working in this kind of industry challenged my ability to communicate effectively with different people, and strengthened my character to strictly follow the rules. Furthermore, this experience helped me to manage my time, and become more disciplined and responsible for every task entrusted to me. It also helped me to become consistent in producing good quality products, and services. 

Presently, I’ve been working as a virtual assistant (VA) for 2 years. I believe that being a VA always brings you out of the box. Because every experience you acquire, you become more valuable, and you could always offer more than what you could ever think of. 

As a trustful virtual assistant, I always pursue to thrive in delivering consistency and reliability. Services like web research, data entry, transcription, email handling, calendar, management, social media marketing, social media content creation, and web development are just some of the works that I can offer to help your business achieve breakthroughs. Also, I am familiar with basic tools like Toggl and Hubstaff for time tracking, Trello and Asana for project management, WordPress and Bubble.io for web development, Canva for graphics design, and other online tools for documenting.
