I have more than 3 years of experience in the Call Center Business, I've undergone strenuous training in call handling, dealing with different types of personality and knowing how to approach each. I am an expert in Sales and telemarketing, understanding the product or service I'm representing, knowing my target market, creating the needs for them to have interest and then positioning the sales. I am always driven and motivated in achieving my sales quota and has been given great compensation for it. My other skills include being an appointment setter for for different business clientele, bridging their business and target markets easily to create more sales and financial stability. I was trained in tech support, data entry, data mining and lead generation. I have also worked as Customer Relations Expert, handling difficult customers with complex customer service issue, understanding their situation, listening to underlying issues that caused them to complain, assuring them speedy resolution within the companies guidelines and compensating if needed for any inconvenience caused. I love writing, blogging ,writing articles too, which equipped me for this kind of endeavor. I am hardworking, needs less supervision, resilient, and challenged to exceed expectations asked of me and I do not settle for just being good but being excellent.
