I have more than 3 years of experience in the Call Center Business, I've undergone strenuous training in call handling, dealing with different types of personality and knowing how to approach each. I am always driven and motivated in achieving my sales quota and has been given great compensation for it. I was trained in tech support, data entry, data mining and lead generation. I have also worked as Customer Relations Expert, handling difficult customers with complex customer service issue, understanding their situation, listening to underlying issues that caused them to complain, assuring them speedy resolution within the companies guidelines and compensating if needed for any inconvenience caused. I love writing, blogging ,writing articles too, which equipped me for this kind of endeavor.
