I earned a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Majors in Marketing and Management.

When I graduated college, I initially worked in the events and exhibitions industry as a Marketing Officer where I am in charge of conceptualizing themes and is responsible in generating new sales for both space and sponsorship opportunities.

After two years, I decided to join the business process outsourcing industry which was booming in the country at that time. They offered good compensation packages and opportunities for growth. I started out as a customer service representative doing inbound calls. I also have an experience doing outbound calls and have handled sales and technical support via Live Chat. Eventually, I got promoted to Assistant Team Leader to a Process Specialist, and to a Team Leader where I support, motivate, and develop CSRs to meet campaign minimum while helping the organization as well to meet the client requirements. While working in the BPO industry, I also took freelance online jobs like web and market research, admin support, transcription, and lead generation.
