My first job was back in 2013 as a lead generator for Techcel Outsourcing and that gave me my first experience in practicing my communication skills with international clients. I then worked as a debt collector in 2016 and at another debt collecting agency in 2019. I was an appointment setter and a customer service representative for a short period of time too. Through these jobs, I learned how to build rapport with clients, be compliant with FDCPA in performing my job, and allowed me to efficiently problem solve. The jobs have given me so much experience that I learned to love. After those, I landed my current job as a virtual assistant working for a company that specializes in buying, restoring, and selling residential properties. All in all, I learned to be calm, professional, and respectful, especially when having a difficult situation with clients. I became passionate about providing excellent customer service that aids in finding the right solutions and achieving great results both for my customers and the company.

I would describe myself as passionate about what I do, I am goal-oriented, and I have the ability to work quickly and give the greatest satisfaction to the company. I have excellent intrapersonal skills that can provide great service to my future clients.
