To give you a brief background of myself, I am married and has a 2-year-old kid. Prior to deciding to be a stay at home mom, I have worked with several BPO companies here in the Philippines wherein I have handled several accounts.
I have been awarded several times as an outstanding agent for most of the accounts that I have handled. I have also been consistently trusted by my previous supervisors to train newbies and guide our team, which proves that I can really deliver my job well and be of help to other team members. With this, you can count me in with Customer/Technical Service support as I have experience in phone, chat and email support.
While being a stay at home mom for the past 2 years, I have strived to improve myself consistently. Hence, I have studied and become an Intern for Social Media Manager and Virtual Assistant positions. I also worked at home as an Amazon Product Researcher.
I am well equipped with knowledge on MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint),
Google apps (Spreadsheet, Docs, Gmail and Drive), Canva, Trello and the likes.
