Hi, my name is Abby and I'm from the Philippines. I'm an Amazon VA specializing in product research, listing creation and optimization, supplier sourcing, shipping plan creation, inventory management, PPC campaigns, customer service, and Seller Central account management.

I'm capable of using tools like Helium 10 for product research and keyword research. I also know how to use Google docs, Google sheets, make basic designs using Canva, and create simple website using Wix and Wordpress. 

My job as an English tutor developed my proficiency in English communication and professionalism with Japanese clients. Furthermore, my previous careers in the BPO and retail industry helped me honed my other soft skills like critical thinking, teamwork, decisiveness, problem-solving, leadership, taking responsibility and ownership, flexibility, and self-motivation.
