I have been working for more than 3 years as an accounting specialist handling different fields of general accounting, from data entry, bookkeeping, posting even reconciliation. I have tried it manually and also I was exposed to use as will QuickBooks program. I practice the value of complete accurate and timely reporting as a basis for good performance.
More than 2 years I was working as customer service representative handling inbound calls with a US-based company, specializing in sales and general customer inquiry, from creating an account, billing, basic troubleshooting and problem-solving. I was transferred to the retention and saves department, where I was trained to do handle more complicated customer concern and I can say that I gained more confidence in customer satisfaction, I believe all the experience I had will be a tool for me that I can use to provide the excellent service I can offer to any position I will be assigned to, For me I always believe that hard work and determination is the key to accomplish job properly.
