I was transferred to the retention and saves department, where I was trained to do handle more complicated customer concern and I can say that I gained more confidence in customer satisfaction, I believe all the experience I had will be a tool for me that I can use to provide the excellent service I can offer to any position I will be assigned to, For me I always believe that hard work and determination is the key to accomplish job properly.
