Firebase is used as the cloud storage. It allows the admin and the upper-layer employees to assign tasks and to track the progress of the users in the lower layer. Admin can change the details of all employees, while other employees can change their own profile details only. The Android module can access the user’s default phone app and WhatsApp to allow the user to contact the respective lower-layer staff. All the data is stored in the Firebase Cloud Storage and database dynamically using the JSON mapping.
