● Owned and managed end-to-end product development from setting product vision, roadmap, feature
prioritization to writing user stories and managing Jira boards for various B2B & B2C products ranging from
AgTech, e-commerce, AdTech to energy. The technology developed for energy and AdTech were patented
eventually and the e-commerce product is used by 900+ SMEs and 300,000+ farmers across 6 countries in
Asia and Africa.
● Spearheaded the B2B2C AgTech product development from market research, ideation (POC) to launch
(MVP). Furthermore, liaised with the leadership team to develop Go-to-Market strategy and was instrumental
in growing monthly recurring revenue (MRR) from $1,609 to $1Mn within a year.
Value Innovation and Feature Discovery
● Consulted global agriculture input company for accelerating adoption of their digital solution in 6 countries
across 2 continents by leading UI/UX research and data-driven business intelligence initiatives. Furthermore,
conceptualized and developed low-cost energy monitoring systems for factories and commercial buildings
which was installed in the largest glove manufacturer in the world.
Product Growth and Client Discovery
● Developed go-to-market (GTM) strategies for AdTech products in APAC region and onboarded largest media
asset owner in Indonesia for Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising. Organized a PR campaign in Indonesia for
launching location intelligence for OOH advertising in Indonesia. Implemented issue tracking system that
increased user engagement and monthly active users (MAU) by 79%.
Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
● Analyzed production and energy data to find correlation between production demand and energy usage.
Based on the analysis, developed a reinforcement learning model for predicting trends and distributing
production demand to reduce energy consumption by 13%. Additionally, advised clients to identify growth
regions based on monthly active users (MAU), customer effort score (CES), churn rate and life-time value of
farmers that resulted in additional revenue of 120k USD.
