I am working for a company named GIOMANI DESIGN as an operator+ CSR

my job is to out all the important data in g-sheet , data entry , handling fleet .

1. Maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
2. Receiving and dispatch calls/e-mails regarding service and supply requests for customers, drivers, company supply chain.
3. Document maintenance of information in all logs , data entry in g-sheets.
4. Resolving all kind of fleet issues like breakdown , and sorting recoveries.
5. Daily interaction with customers, company drivers, dispatchers, managers.
6. Assisting other departments like ebay , wowcher , premierdelivereies to resolve their issues.
7. Processing and approving invoices for service and supply sales and purchase orders.
8. Manage all kind of raw material for the productions of goods.
9. Participating in cross-training activities with other members of the operations team and fleet management.
