• Worked for Walmart at ibex(Karachi, Pakistan) as a customer support specialist for 4 months.
• Was on top of the ibex global leaderboards in terms of satisfied customers multiple times during 2022
• My reasons for leaving were: terrible management long shift hours/ frequent 7-day work weeks/ Not rotating my shift as the management initially promised.

Virtual assistant/Digital marketer

• Joined Abtach as a Service Delivery agent and a Business Developer.
• Primarily worked as a B2B virtual Assistant and Customer support agent.
• My work duties included but were not limited to Product SEO on B2B platforms/ Researching all kinds of products and national trade laws related to these products/ Negotiating deals and orders on behalf of my clients/ Doing website and Social media SEO for my clients.
• Left in early November because of an extremely low pay rate (241.12$/Montly)
