I have been working in different organizations and private sector in the country since last fifteen years. I have started my professional career from a lower level as admin and finance assistance and have been promoted to admin and finance in a course of two years. I have worked for two years as admin and finance officer during this period I was responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly and annual budget, recording of financial transaction using double entry system, review and analyse of transaction and record them in its appropriate budget code together with other tasks. Later on due to rearrangement within the organization and also my personal interest, I have shifted my job to program and have start working as project officer, mainly providing support in the implementation of projects, I was responsible for making sure the project is in line with its objectives and the activities are leading to the specific results. I was responsible to support the implementation of vocational training program for around 1200 trainees in nine locations
