ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES AS MANAGER ESTIMATION: Make sure whether the Company qualified for bidding the Tender as per Classification. Coordinate with Business Development Team to find the Classified and Specialized Partner to bid for the MEGA Projects (When not classified). Review and issue periodically the Company Manpower and Equipment hourly rate as per the Government and HR Policy. To assist in developing and estimating business processes that will ensure applicability at the project level. To actively participate in the management of various tenders. To review and complete the bid forms and ensure that they are within the given specifications. To perform evaluation of bids and provide the pricing in a timely manner. To conceptualize layouts for the project and review all estimates before they are submited. To closely monitor the results of the tenders and update them in the tender register. Attend the meeting with JV Partner and divide the responsibility Matrix with Target dates. Define scope of work if tender is an EPC contract. Divide work between concerned Civil, Electro Mechanical Discipline. Review the Direct Cost and Add the Overhead, and other cost on Direct Cost. Prepare the Forecast Cash flow Statement to fix the financial charges during bidding. Handover the Project budget with complete documents to Execution Dept after the Project Award.
