I am Marketing Manager at Drupak (Drupal in Pakistan). I visit daily on the site, to market our product and make a strong between customers and Drupak. Regularly welcome them regularly while treat them like friend when there is a problem. Our first priority is customer satisfaction level. We always focused on customers rather than product. Dealing with customers through email or phone calI in a polite and sophisticated manner is the need of every company and i am proud of that i perform such a responsible duty in efficient and effective way.
