He holds an MBA in Human Resources from Washington International University, PA, USA. His pursuit of excellence has polished his capabilities and improved his adaptability. Getting a Diploma in Human Resources Management from PIM, Lahore, Pakistan further deepened his understanding of this industry. He was a Certified Recruitment Analyst at Middle Earth (CAMI, USA) in Dubai. As the founder of Global Recruitment Network, he has interacted with a diverse workforce taking his communication and interpersonal skills to the next level. During this period, he hired thousands of Americans, Britons, South Africans, Australians, Canadians, Pakistanis, Filipinos, Indians, Indonesians, Sri Lankans, Bangladeshi, Nepalese and Indonesians.

The responsibilities he has taken on include the following:

• Effective management of the incoming recruitment projects
• Efficient coordination with line managers during interviews and selection
• Cooperation with the human resource departments of respective companies
• Clearance of police reports through the relevant law enforcement agencies
• Attestation of medical, academic and training certificates of the applicants
• Supervision of the procedures related to acquiring and endorsing visas
