I have a Bachelor Degree in Arts. I have worked in the Business Process Outsourcing for 10 years with different fields Team Management, Quality, Tech/ Non-tech, Voice/Email Customer Service and Sales. This hands-on experience within these profiles has helped me gain valuable information & insights about the way this department functions and I believe this helps to drive my candidature.

I have extensive hands-on experience on Team Handling and providing Training. My current position has made me an effective communicator.
