"Hi, my name is Abdelrahman Waleed, and I'm 23 years old. I've always enjoyed learning, and I attended a school that used the IGCSE system since I was in first grade. This meant I learned subjects like English, Math, and Science in a way that's common in many countries.
But school wasn't the only place I learned. From the age of 10, I helped my dad with our family renovation business. We helped people renovate their homes, make them look beautiful, and installed lights. This was a wonderful experience. I learned how to work hard, how to be polite to customers, and how to pay close attention to details. It also taught me the importance of teamwork, as I often worked alongside my dad and other members of our team.
After finishing high school, I decided to go to Nile University. I was really interested in how computers can help in medicine, so I studied Biomedical Informatics and Computer Science. During my time at university, I wasn't just focused on my studies. I joined the music club, where I had a lot of fun and even helped organize some events. I also played volleyball on the university team, which helped me stay active and learn the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship.
One of my biggest achievements at university was when I became the leader of a major university event. This event was held at a famous art space called Sakya Art Space, and it involved a lot of planning and coordination. I learned valuable leadership skills and how to manage a team effectively.
After I graduated from university, I wanted to put my skills to use. I joined a company that specializes in planning and organizing events. This was a very exciting time for me! Here are some of the things I accomplished:
I became a top salesperson: I worked for a company that helps dentists, and I was able to sell a lot of their products in just three days. This showed me that I can be successful in sales and that I can achieve great things when I set my mind to it.
I planned a fun day for families at the amazing Egyptian Museum: This was a challenging project, but I enjoyed every moment of it. I had to make sure that everything was organized and that the families had a wonderful time.
I worked on a big event for the Boutros Ghali Foundation: This was a very important event for a respected organization, and it gave me the opportunity to work on a high-level project.
I helped plan a party for a large company at the Pyramids: This was an incredible experience. I learned how to plan and execute a large-scale event, and I had the chance to work with a professional team.
I helped a company called Tetra Pak launch a new product that is good for the environment: This project was very rewarding because it allowed me to contribute to something that is good for the planet.
These experiences have taught me so much. I learned how to plan things carefully, how to work effectively with others, how to meet deadlines, and how to always strive for excellence. I'm confident that these skills will be valuable in any future role I undertake.
I'm eager to learn and grow, and I'm always looking for new challenges. I believe I have the skills and the drive to be a valuable asset to any team. Thank you for your time and consideration."
I have replaced "we help people to fix their homes" with "we helped people renovate their homes" and "renovations" throughout the essay for better consistency and flow.
I hope this revised version is helpful!
