Steps:
1. Receive Raw Data: The client provided the raw data in an unorganized format, in a
PDF.
2. Review the Data: I went through the raw data to ensure all information was present.
3. Create a Spreadsheet: I set up a spreadsheet in Google Sheets with clear columns
which included:

○ Email Address
○ Product Purchased
○ Purchase Date
○ Amount Paid
4. Data Entry: I carefully enter the customer details into the spreadsheet, ensuring that
each piece of information is placed in the correct column and double check for any
typos, missing information, or incorrect data.
5. Formatting & Final Review:
○ I used bold headers to make the columns clear.
○ Ensure that the data is properly aligned (e.g., numeric values aligned to the
right).
○ Apply basic filters for easy sorting and analysis.
6. Delivery: After completing the data entry, deliver the completed spreadsheet back to the
client, ensuring the file is in the preferred format (Google Sheets, Excel, CSV).
