I'm a product manager with 3 years of experience, and in that time, I've had the chance to work on both physical and digital products. That combination has shaped how I think; I tend to look at problems from multiple angles, and I'm rarely caught off guard by the kind of trade-offs that come with building real things for real users.

I genuinely care about the people I'm building for. Before anything else, I want to understand their frustrations, their habits, and what would actually make a difference for them. That's usually where the best product decisions come from.

Day to day, I work closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders; translating between business goals and what's actually feasible, keeping everyone aligned, and making sure the roadmap reflects what matters most. I've learned that a big part of the job is just being someone people can trust to hold the big picture without losing sight of the details.

I also believe great products don't get built by one person. I try to be the kind of collaborator who creates room for other people's ideas, asks good questions, and keeps the team moving even when things get ambiguous.

Three years in, I'm still learning; but I show up to every project ready to do the work.
