Aaron Talusan

For a couple of years, I've been a project manager for Gohiso. Aside from managerial responsibilities, I act as a recruitment/ HR/ project manager for a team of software developers. I hire and onboard new members of the team, and on a day to day basis, making sure that there's no break in communication with our US team. I coordinate with other members of our team from around the globe as well.

Prior to that, I bring with me 13 years of outsourcing experience in customer service, technical support, and web research. I was also a seasoned training professional. I facilitated new hire training for clients such as Dell and AOL. I have extensive knowledge in customer service and adult learning which got me promoted to Training Manager before I left the corporate world to manage a small business.

I look forward to learning and working with other people so I can share my knowledge and experience in managing a startup. I also want to surround myself with successful people like you so I can enhance my skills further.
