Aaron Ricafort

Hi there! I’m Aaron Carlo Ricafort—most people just call me Aaron. I’ve spent the last decade building a career around helping people, solving problems, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

I’ve worked with companies like American Express, JP Morgan Chase, and QBE, supporting everything from credit card account resolutions to insurance operations and even global flight logistics. My work has taken me through all kinds of roles—from assisting customers directly to coordinating services across time zones—and I’ve learned how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and keep things organized no matter how complex the task.

Most recently, I was with American Express, working in specific department under collections which handled deceased card members' affairs. It was a sensitive job that required a lot of care and patience and I’m proud to say I was recognized multiple times for my performance in the role.

I’ve been working remotely (and in hybrid setups) since 2020, and I really enjoy the flexibility and focus it brings. I'm comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, CRMs, and other support platforms, and I’m always curious to learn new ones that help teams stay connected and productive.

Outside of work, I’m into sports (especially basketball and table tennis), gaming, and reading up on tech and gadgets. I like learning how things work—whether that’s a new tool, process, or system. I’m currently looking for remote opportunities where I can bring my experience, strong work ethic, and my methodologies to a team that values reliability and clear communication.
