Chamber Media - February 2018 – Present – Independent Contractor – Working with a
media company to help coordinate video studios with driving website traffic, creating online tools,
updating ecommerce store functionality and automating and integrating Shopify, WordPress,
WooCommerce, BigCommerce and Kajabi websites with email, Facebook Ads, and Google Ad

SurgiPrice.com – September 2014 to February 2018 – Website Developer / Software
Engineer – Worked for a concierge healthcare company to provide top quality healthcare to
patients while lowering the costs of schedule surgeries. Created several professional websites,
powerful online tools and service portals for the Administration, Sales Agents, Clients and
Patients. Develop websites and mobile apps to support marketing efforts, connect with customers,
manage database information flow and created tools to allowed customers to perform tasks online
which were previously performed on the phone. Created APIs to coordinate functionality between

Knuckle Five – Self-Employed – September 2013 to Janurary 2014 – iPhone, Android,
PHP Web Development – Worked on several projects for lead generation, landing page builders,
SEO optimization and improve search engine ranking. Worked with clients to create powerful
social media profiles, create content and send messages through social media networks. Managed
paid advertising efforts, test and optimize landing page and website traffic for conversions and

vendor and admin portals to manage the items and the server to send the information to the app.

Launched the sdge.com Drupal marketing website in the marketing department. Worked on

Premium Programming – Self-Employed – May 2009 to Nov 2011 – Built marketing
websites, designed, launched, maintained, and fixed websites for a number of clients. Notable

Premium Blogging - Built Self Replicating Websites for sales agents in the fields of
Satellite TV, Home Security, Real Estate, Telephone Service, Cell Phones, Finance,
Ethernet, and Fiber Optics. Created a CMS for customers to update their contact and CRM
to track and communicate with leads from the website. Independently programmed and
coordinated the project with a content specialist and website designer. Tools used: PHP,

Museum of Flight – Redesigned & upgraded Drupal website & shopping cart from PayPal
integration to authorize.net integration; collaborated with marketing experts and graphic

FAQ Publishing – Android App Development – Designed an Android App for enhanced
Help and Tutorial in Multiple Languages (English, Spanish, and German). The user could
press a hot key to get assistance with the feature they were trying to use on their Android
device such as Gmail, Angry Birds, Settings, Wi-Fi Setup. Features included: XML data and
software updates to Web Server, Context Sensitive Help Menus, Interactive Videos,
Webserver Backend for maintaining the database and Webpage Interface for SEO
Purposes. I worked with one other developer and two content writers.

WordPress / Joomla / Drupal Blogging Websites – I built a variety of marketing and
blogging websites for customers in the restaurant, telecommunications, hotel, political and
other industries. Additionally, I did the coding needed to create new software modules and
modified existing modules for various clients.

Premium Programming – Exclusive Contract with Telarus – Jan 2008 to May 2009
– Created and marketed websites for sales agents using social media, website building
software, and organic SEO techniques. Worked as an independent contractor on an
exclusive agreement with Telarus and child companies selling products and services to
businesses. I provided weekly updates to my supervisor and worked with up to 5 other
Telarus developers on various projects.

Premium Websites – Created software to produce self-replicating marketing websites for
Telarus Agents. Users could easily create and launch websites and promote Telarus
products using approved marketing material. Integrated proprietary (GeoQuote Patented
Plugin) sales tools as a “Golden Tool” to engage the customer, generate leads, improve the
Google Search ranking and created useful content to promote social media.

Link Management Software – I worked independently to create Link Exchange software.
Users could easily manage their link exchange directories to optimize search engine
ranking. Additionally, people in the “Community Links” program would link to everyone
else in the Community Links program as part of a social network. The software helped
improve the PageRank for websites for many years, but it was discontinued in 2011 in
favor of unique content creation and social networking marketing techniques.

Commission River – Child Company of Telarus focusing on residential services. Worked
on the development of the websites needed to provide marketing materials and tools to
the sales agents. Worked on XML feeds from service organizations and built website
marketing tools to help the sales agents sell the services to individuals. Services included:
Free411, Cell Phones, Credit Cards, Identity Theft.

PK Comm – Lead Generation Company owned by Telarus. Worked independently to create
100+ websites to market services for Telarus and Commission River. Most websites were
50,000+ pages of unique content or Geographic information. I migrated MySQL and
MSSQL servers to XML files to assist with 50,000-page website spiders for performance.
Created a master control panel to maintain and update multiple websites from one
location.
Telarus – Jan 2007 to December 2007 – Worked in Salt Lake City for Telarus affiliate
marketing start up company as the 5th employee when it was pre-revenue. I worked on the
marketing websites and helped the company grow from the basement of the founder’s home to
prominently named building with hundreds of staff members and monthly revenue in the millions.
I developed sales tools, self-replicating websites, and patented GeoQuote software and worked
with the sales team, vendor teams, and coordinated various projects in the company. The award
winning company has enjoyed tremendous growth and holds several conferences per year. Skills:

Extreme Programming- – Worked as the Senior Developer / Website Architect of
the website hosting, design and development company. Setup hosting facilities, installed and
configured networks which included DNS, web hosting, and email functions and supervised three
employees in their daily tasks. Designed software to track project hours, managed websites,
generated invoices, managed sales leads, provided accounting & customer support, developed
tracking software, e-Commerce/shopping cart software, billing system software, mail forwarding
software and customer service software for resale by the company.
Siemens (A Global Fortune 25 Company) – Unisphere Solutions August- – Worked
as an independent Computer Programmer for a 300-person development team. Although 300
people contributed to the code base for the Soft Switch Software, I worked in teams of 2 to 12 on
my individual projects. Designed Internet interface for internet telephony application and
database, installed software/hardware at a remote customer site, documented ISO 9001 work
instructions, designed and implemented acceptance testing procedures. I also developed Microsoft
Office Applications to produce pricing quotes for the sales team, developed intranet applications
for Unisphere employees, and developed software to web-enable databases. Developed a website
to provide telephone call and billing records to the Customer and create reports for
Administrators. Unisphere Solutions Corporation was sold to Juniper Networks for $585 million.
Visa International May 1997 – July 1997 – Worked as a part-time software engineer
contractor. Designed, tested and documented multilingual website (English, Spanish, and
Portuguese) used by enrolled Visa member banks to access sensitive card design information.

During my three-month contract, I designed, implemented, tested and launched the website Visa
required to complete the project.
InterNetwork Publishing Company (1996 – May 1997) - Head Computer Programmer for
an Internet Publishing company. Designed marketing websites mostly in the travel industry.
Responsibilities included gathering specifications from the customer, creating the websites and
graphic designs, marketing the websites in the search directories, and generating website traffic
and sales. The websites were purchased by larger travel organizations such as orbitz.com and
trip.com.
RECOGNITION:
United States Patent 7,496,184, entitled "System and Method to Determine and Deliver Quotes
for Distance-Sensitive Communication Links from Multiple Service Providers" was received for the
Telarus GeoQuote real-time quoting system.
United States Patent pending for the system of delivering marketing messages through locationbased augmented reality mobile software.
