Job Description:
We are a US-based software development team looking for a web developer with strong communication skills to join client calls and interviews.
This is not a coding role. You will not write production code. Instead, you will serve as the technical bridge between our team and clients during discovery calls, project kickoffs, and progress meetings.
What you will do:
- Join client calls via Zoom or Google Meet
- Explain technical concepts and project scope in clear, simple English
- Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable notes
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure alignment
What we are looking for:
- Web development background (understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic back-end concepts)
- Native-level English with an American accent
- Comfortable speaking on camera for client meetings
- Available during US timezone hours
- Reliable internet and professional communication style
Compensation:
- $40 per hour, paid weekly
- 10-15 hours per week
- Long-term, ongoing role
