We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and customer support services.   • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Perform data entry and database management tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and take meeting notes.
  • Conduct online research and compile information.
  • Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
  • Support bookkeeping and invoicing tasks when required.
  • Handle other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common communication tools.
