Position: Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote (100%)

Compensation: Based on experience (Hourly / Weekly/Monthly – to be discussed during interview)

SerenityAssist Virtual Support Services is seeking a skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple projects for international clients across different time zones (EST, PST, GMT, etc.).

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and can help business owners streamline daily operations through administrative, project, and client support.

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks — including email handling, scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support team and client coordination through project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho) — tracking client interactions and managing leads.
  • Assist with customer service and client communications, ensuring professionalism and timely responses.
  • Conduct basic social media scheduling, research, and reporting as needed.
  • Prepare reports, client updates, and maintain organized documentation across all platforms.
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Specialist, or in a similar remote operations role.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com).
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Zoho) is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Basic knowledge in accounting and finance management is a bonus.
  • Comfortable working in multiple time zones (EST, PST, GMT or AEDT).
  • Must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
  • Business Administration or client relations background.
  • Experience in handling email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a remote environment.
